 The terms and conditions stated below (“Terms and Conditions”) must be accepted and agreed by every customer of Healthy Land Stone Spa Pte Ltd (“customer/(s)”). By making a reservation/ booking at Healthy Land Stone Spa Pte Ltd, the customers are deemed to have read and understood the Terms and Conditions. Healthy Land Stone Spa Pte Ltd reserves its right to change, amend, add or delete any of the Terms and Conditions without prior notice and the customers shall be bound by such changes. 

Etiquette

 1. Customers are advised to make prior reservations for all services and arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment to enjoy the full duration of service.  

2. Healthy Land Stone Spa reserves the right to cancel the appointment if customers arrive after 10 minutes of their scheduled appointment time.  

3. 24 hour cancellation notice is required for any cancellation.  

4. Customers are advised to silent their mobile phones and other electronics in the treatment room.  

5. Customers are advised to shower before arriving for their treatment.   

6. Customers are required to fill up the Health Declaration Form upon arrival and customers with health condition are advised to consult their doctors before treatment.  

7. Customers are advised to respect the therapists providing the professional treatment. No “special” services are allowed and warning will be given to customers with indecent behavior. Treatment will be stopped immediately if warning is ignored and there will be no refund or compensation.  

8. Customers are advised to keep their valuables in the wardrobe along with their personal belongings.  Healthy Land Stone Spa accepts no responsibilities for any loss of money or valuables in the Spa Premises.  

9. Spa clients must be above 18 years to receive treatment.  

10. While we strive to always start your session according to the scheduled time, delays are not unusual. Kindly plan 15 minutes of waiting time at Healthy Land Stone Spa into your busy schedule just in case of unexpected delays. 

Health, allergies or pregnancy complications

 1. The spa treatments, services and/or facilities received or utilized at Healthy Land Stone Spa are intended for general wellness purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical treatment for any condition, medical or otherwise, that clients may have.  

2. Clients with any existing medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors before receiving any treatments. You will notify our staff if you have any health conditions, limitations, allergies, physical ailments, medications you are currently taking, or if you are pregnant. You will alert our therapist immediately for any discomfort during your treatment.

Exchange and Refund

 1. There is strictly no refund once the full treatment session has been completed. Customers may request for a different therapist (subject to availability) within the first 15 minutes of their session and the session will end at the same scheduled time.  

2. 7 days cooling off period after purchases of spa packages allows clients to seek full refund of payment made if they do not wish to proceed with the services offered, upon presentation of the original sales invoice.   

3. All discounts, promotional offers or complimentary sessions are not included in refunds.  

4. Refund of payment shall be made by way of bank transfer within 14 working days after cancellation.

5. After the cooling-off period, treatment packages and products are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No refunds on products. Products exchange is applicable within 7 days from the date of sale and only if the product is intact and deemed in good condition with the discretion of the management as final.

Transfer

1. Transfer of remaining credits/treatments is based on a case by case basis.  

2. Only packages above $500 credits may be reviewed for a transfer.  

Price and Payment 

1. Please note that prices of all or specific services may be increased at any time without prior notice.  

2. All promotional bundles are only entitled to first time customers unless stated otherwise. 

Package Terms and Conditions 

1. All packages have a validity of 12 months from the date of purchase.   

2. Extensions of expired packages are to be reviewed by management.   

3. Available branches – Package credits can be redeemed at the branch where it is purchased as well as other branches specified. 

Disclaimer 

The spa treatments, services and/or facilities received or utilised at Healthy Land Stone Spa are intended for general purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical treatment for any condition, medical or otherwise, that  clients may have. Clients will fully indemnify and hold Healthy Land Stone Spa and its holding company(ies), affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, agents, staff and suppliers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees (on an indemnity basis), arising out of or in connection with the spa treatments, services and/or facilities. 

Privacy Policy 

In order for you to receive our services and offers, Healthy Land Stone Spa must collect personal information such as your name, identity number, date of birth, email address and contact number. Once you provide us your personal information, you have opted in to receive voice call, email and sms communication from us including communications that are promotional or marketing in nature. You may withdraw such consent by writing in to hello@healthylandstonespa.com and Attention it to “Personal Data Protection Officer”.  All information is currently stored in our in-house private server. We will not share or disclose your personal information to anyone other than authorised representatives of the company.We are committed to protecting the information we receive from you. We follow reasonable technical and management practices to help protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of data stored on our system.
